500 MHz, 32 dB Linear-in-dB Variable Gain Amplifier
The LD-RW-N-0001-100 is a high performance, digitally controlled, variable-gain amplifier (DVGA). It has been designed for use in a broad range of mixed signal and digital communication applications where automatic-gain-control (AGC) is required to increase system dynamic range.
The device has differential input and output. The input impedance is user programable 200Ohm, 400Ohm, 1k, 2k.
The LD-RW-N-0001-100 maintains a 500 MHz bandwidth over its entire gain and attenuation range.
Digital control of the LD-RW-N-0001-100 is accomplished by digital inputs that are TTL/CMOS compatible.
The LD-RW-N-0001-100 is fabricated on an advanced 0.29mm BiCMOS process, operating on a single 3.3V power supply. A shutdown input reduces the supply current to a few mA.
The LD-RW-N-0001-100 operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
